No Refunds on Services
Due to the nature of beauty services, all sales for services rendered are final. We do not offer refunds on hair, makeup, skincare, or other salon treatments. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to notify us within 48 hours so we can assess the situation and provide a possible resolution.
Service Redo Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

A complimentary adjustment may be offered at the discretion of management, provided the concern is deemed reasonable.

Redo appointments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
Retail Products
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible retail products within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Hair extensions (due to hygiene reasons)

Used skincare or cosmetic products

Clearance or discounted items

Digital products (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit.
Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prepaid service packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, based on the circumstances. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
