Cancellation Policy

Virtuous Vanity Beauty Lounge – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Virtuous Vanity Beauty Lounge. Please review our booking policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Booking & Deposits Appointments must be booked online with a valid credit/debit card. Some services require a non-refundable deposit that will go toward your final balance. Confirmation and reminders are sent via email/text. Please confirm to avoid cancellation. Late Arrivals We offer a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Arrivals over 15 minutes late are marked as a no-show and charged accordingly. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full. After two no-shows, prepayment is required for future bookings. Group Bookings & Events Groups of 3+ require a 50% deposit and must be booked 2 weeks in advance. Changes/cancellations require 72-hour notice. Minors Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We do not service children under 10 unless part of an approved beauty party or program. Service Satisfaction If unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours. No refunds on completed services, but corrections may be offered. Health & Wellness Please inform your provider of allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. If you're unwell, kindly reschedule to protect our team and guests. Payments & Gratuity We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated and not included in pricing. All retail sales are final unless otherwise noted.
